This dish uses an innovative method, by adding crystal sugar in the stewing sauce to replace the traditional smoked way, thru the grilled smoked aroma, the crystal sugar increases the overall flavor of the chicken.

This course not only preserves the true Hong Kong style roast goose, but meets the demands for healthy dining as well. A special sauce that is cooked with ginger slices, shallots, allspice, and various Chinese herbs is placed inside of the goose, then roasted until it turns golden and crispy after air-dry. The slight juicy oil exudes from goose meat, presenting a particular succulence to the meat.
